- Customers have 30 days from the date they receive the product to initiate a return (including 3-month and 6-month supplies).
- All items are eligible for a one-time full refund.
- To receive credit under the money-back guarantee, customers must return the bottle, even if it is empty.
- Valid only once per product, per household (the same product cannot be returned twice).
- Customers are allowed a maximum of two returns per calendar year (this includes both the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and regular returns).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Boost Gummies does not provide prepaid return labels.
